The following Fitness Plan can be completed on your own at home and will allow you to stay active and healthy during the time we will not be in school. Each exercise can be completed in your room/living room and these exercises do not need any extra equipment. Complete the daily workout and check off the exercises as you complete them, then complete the written assessment (one paragraph each day):
