Science for week 6/8/20:

Adaptations For Desert Habitats

Hello fellow scientists 🙂  This week, we will focus on how a habitat (the location where specific plants and animals live) causes them to have unique adaptations (the change a species makes to become better suited to its environment) to help them survive.  First, read the stories in the slide share located in Classroom.google.com  called “Habitats” and then “Adaptations for Desert Life”. After reading you have three worksheets to complete.  The first is filling in the missing words and the other two are recording special structures (adaptations) that plants and animals have and why they have them (the functions).
