At Home Learning – Room 1

Monday, March 23rd

Good Morning! Below are some suggestions for learning activities you may want to do with your child today. Moving forward, I will be posting all at home learning suggestions here but remember to check in on Class Dojo for pictures and other messages!

Animal Bones (click here): Read the passage with your child and discuss how animal bones are different than and similar to human bones – or our skeletal system as we have called it in class!

Domino Flash: Quickly show your child a domino and then remove it from sight. Ask them to tell you how many dots they saw on the domino. As they get better, use dominoes with a higher number of dots or flash the dominoes more quickly!

If you don’t have dominoes at home, you can draw the dot patterns onto pieces of paper or index cards.

Lastly, don’t forget to send pictures and updates (via Class Dojo or to my phone) so I can see all of your child’s great work!

Happy learning,

Ms. White
