Mr. Miller has been assigning daily fitness activities with some focus on nutrition. Today, I would like you to draw one of your meals, list each food-group for each item. Here are the food groups to help you identify your meal: grain, vegetables, fruits, dairy (milk, yogurt), and protein (chicken, egg, beans). Is your meal missing any of the food groups? Email me your favorite food, I would love to hear from you!
